Although most customers know exactly what is the kind of granules that they need (unless they are absolute beginners in this business), our modest suggestions based on years of experience and feedback on the behavior of certain types of granules in practice, may be related to a specific type of and the MFR (melt flow rate - mass flow of solution or granules flow index).
There are, of course, very different requirements (if it comes to injection molding, extrusion, blowing, or some other form of processing of granules), but what most buyers need to know is that: greater the MRF is, garnulate becomes more fragile.
Of course, it may sometimes happen that the buyer chooses, however inadequate type of granulated for his product. However, even this is not a big problem, unless the buyer is not too far away, and appear unnecessary transportation costs.
Granules that is not appropriate for a specific product (which does not mean that it does not have quality for product for which is made) can be at any time raplaced with another in our company or the buyer may return his money that was paid.
There is always a solution with us.
